This is the Privacy Notice of Martin Mitchell Ltd.
In this document, “we”, “our”, or “us” refer to Martin Mitchell Ltd.
We are company number SC169723 registered in Scotland.
Registered office: Lochfield House, 21 Forbes Place, Paisley, Renfrewshire, PA1 1UT.
Part 1: Introduction

It sets out the conditions under which we may process any information that we collect from you, or that you provide to us. It covers information that could identify you and information that could not. In the context of the law and this Notice, “process” means collect, store, transfer, use or otherwise act on information.
1.2 We regret that if there are any points below with which you are not happy, your only recourse is to leave our website.
1.3 We take seriously the protection of your privacy and confidentiality. We understand that all visitors to our website are entitled to know that their personal data will not be used for any purpose unintended by them and will not accidentally fall into the hands of a third party.

1.7 The business activities of Martin Mitchell Ltd do not include the harvesting of personal information for marketing purposes. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
Part 2: The lawful basis for processing your personal data

Any requests received by Martin Mitchell Ltd will be considered under applicable data protection legislation and will be responded to within one month of the request being made.
5.2 Removal of your information
If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us at info@martinmitchelllandscapes.co.uk and we will promptly correct any information found to be inaccurate. Subject to legal requirements, for example those governing the retention of financial records subject to scrutiny by HM Revenue & Customs, we will also remove personally identifiable information held in our records if requested to do so.

When we receive any request to access, edit or delete personal identifiable information we shall first take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting you access or otherwise taking any action. This is important to safeguard your information.

We do not sell products or provide services for purchase by children. If you are under 18, you may use our website ‘contact page’ facility only with consent from a parent or guardian whose personal details and authorisation must be clearly stated therein.

In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical and electronic procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. Our computer records are encrypted and our systems protected with security software.

Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Our Privacy Notice has been compiled so as to comply with the law of every country or legal jurisdiction in which we aim to do business.
